Definitely worth the visit in the cooler months.

My wife, daughter and myself visited the hot springs during a cool period. It's a little ways outside the city, but you will not be disappointed. It is very clean, quite classy and very professional in it's design and appearance. We stayed for about 4-5 hours from mid-morning to mid-afternoon, so we didn't stay there over night. We did not worry about eating in the restaurant inside the main complex, as they have other restaurants near the many different pool areas, which serve sandwiches, cakes, fruit, candy etc... all for free anytime you like! We also went during the week, so it wasn't too crowded. Very relaxing although you need to find a pool with the temperature that you like...not hard. Just bring your own swim suit and towel if you want. They provide towels in the shower area and outside the pool areas. In the shower area, you have your own cubicle with curtain, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, hair dryer etc...
